ATP Tournaments Results – The Power of Germany

Surprising results in the ATP Qatar Open tournament, which is 5 seeded lost in the second round. Yesterday was the day of resurrection of the Germany. Daniel Brands and Florian meyer defeated two seeded, they are Andy Murray and David Ferrer. With yesterday’s results, from the 8 spots in QF, 4 spots are filled by the Germany. In Chennai Open, Stanislas Wawrinka managed to advance to the QF. Stan will play Slovenia Aljaz that where last year at the same tournament Aljaz beat Stan.

ATP Tournament Results 2014 – ATP Brisbane, ATP Qatar and ATP Chennai

ATP tournament this day still play for Round 2. Roger Federer, Kei Nishikori and Gilles Simon will begin for their Campaign this year with Playing in round 2. While in Qatar, Rafael Nadal finally managed to revenge on Lukas Rosol that beat Nadal at Wimbledon 2013. All Seeded player that played yesterday in Qatar managed to advance to the second round. And Germany sent most of players in second round and  successful this early year to prepare their players to compete in Australia Open. Almost all seeded players in all ATP tournament will be played today to step up to the QF round tomorrow.

ATP and WTA Tournament 2014 – Results Round 1

Today is the day before the new year celebration, all tennis players have completed most of the first half in various tournaments this week. WTA Tournament has entered the second round. World’s top players like Serena Williams and Victoria Azarenka will be playing today after they got bye in 1st round. Yesterday Maria Sharapova has done her first match after suffering an injury with successfully. While the Match will be more interesting for Serena will play with Andrea Petkovic in 2nd round. Andrea is promising to provide strict opposition to Serena. While Maria Sharapova and Victoria Azarenka will play with host player, Casey and Asleigh. The Veteran Venus Williams also won her 1st round in Auckland. Hope this tournament will bring her to top her performance before Austalia Open next week.

Meanwhile in ATP Tournament, the biggest shock to begin the new season is Tomas Berdych lost to  Ivo Karlovic in 1st round Qatar Open. Still waiting for the other match to finish the first half such as Rafael Nadal, David Ferrer, Andy Murray and defending champion Richard Gasquet. Fernando Verdasco and former top 10 Gael Monfils managed to advance to the second round. In Brisbane ATP tournament, seeded players will play  their second round matches today. While yesterday, last year runner-up Grigor Dimitrov managed to advance to the second round.

ATP and WTA Tournaments 2014 – Drawing

Season 2014 has begun. ATP and WTA opener tournament has started out in the season 2014. Some of the world’s top players both ATP and WTA have stated to take part in this tournament. Serena Williams and Victoria Azarenka will play in Brisbane. Meanwhile, Li Na will play in her hometown in China. And also we glad to welcome another former world top 10 player form Russia, Vera Zvonareva that take part in China tournament. Former world Number 1 Venus Williams, take part in WTA Tournament Auckland, New Zealand.

 In the ATP tournament, Top 10 Men’s tennis player such as Rafael Nadal, David Ferrer, Andy Murray, Tomas Berdych and Richard Gasquet take part in Doha, Qatar. Meanwhile Roger Federer and Gilles Simon chose to compete in Brisbane. And represents other top 10, Stanislas Wawrinka start the 2014 season playing in India.  For all players, these tournaments are just for warm up before competing in the first Grand Slam of 2014 at the Australian Open.

Seeded Players – Men’s Singles Australian Open 2013

Tinggal mengitung jam pertandingan Australian Open akan segera di mulai. Seeded player dan Drawing nya telah keluar. Grand Slam pembuka ini sangat di tunggu semua pecinta tenis. Semua mata sedang di fokuskan kepada juara US Open dan Olimpiade Andy Murray. Dengan semangat yang menggebu, dia ingin mengejar Grand Slam yang kedua di Australian Open 2013. Sedangkan Juara bertahan Novak Djokovic juga akan mati-matian untuk mempertahankan gelar. Awal tahun mungkin tidak menjadi awal yang bagus buat Noel atau Mr. Djoko, setelah kalah di final Hopman Cup dari spanyol dan kalah di pertandingan tunggal melawan Bernard Tomic. Tapi ini menjadi motivasi buat Novak untuk menjadi terbaik. Di babak pertama akan berhadapan dengan petenis Prancis yang juga bukan lawan yang mudah karena Paul-Henri mantan pemain top 12 dunia. Pertandingan seru lainnya yaitu Grigor Dimitrov “Baby Federer” yang awal-awal tahun ini di kabarkan dekat petenis cantik Maria sharapova. Grigor akan melawan petenis Prancis Julien Beneteau. Julien yang melangkah ke SF di Sydney sedangkan Grigor menjadi finalist di Brisbane. Secara pribadi, saya sangat memfavoritkan Novak menjadi juara lagi. Tapi juga ingin menantikan langkah Gilles Simon, Julien Beneteau dan Tommy Haas di kejuaraan ini. Mereka merupakan petenis Favorite hehehehe…. Dan juga petenis keturuna Indonesia dari Belanda Bjorn Phau. Phau akan melawan petenis India di babak pertama.

Tennis Asia [Seeding Entry] – ATP/WTA China Open, ATP Rakuten Japan Open

Pesta Tennis Asia masih berlanjut. Kali ini secara bersaman di selenggarakan di Jepan dan China. Untuk di Jepant adalah bagian dari ATP Tour. Dan Cina adalah WTA dan ATP tour. Banyak pemain top yang berdatangan di kedua negara tersebut. Hanya Roger Federer dan Robin Soderling yang tidak mengambil bagian di pertandingan tersebut. Kali ini saya mau bagikan hasil draw untuk kedua pertandingan dan juga lawan para unggulan di babak pertama. Inilah hasil selengkapnya.

Tennis Asia – WTA Tokyo, ATP Bangkok, ATP Kuala Lumpur

WTA Tokyo akhirnya berakhir dengan kemenangan petenis Polandia Agnieszka Radwanska. Agnieszka mengalahkan petenis Rusia Vera Vzonareva. Ini memberikan kepercayaan diri buat Agniszka yang minggu ini akan bertandang ke Beijing untuk mengikuti pertandingan di sana. Sementara itu di Bangkok terjadi kejutan setelah petenis muda asal USA Donald Young berhasil melaju ke babak final. Dan ini merupakan pertandingan final ATP pertamanya. Di Semi Final Young mengalahkan unggulan kedua Gael Monfils. Sementara itu salah satu petenis favorite saya Gilles Simon harus mengakui keunggulan Andy Murray di semi final. Juara Thailand Open ini harus bertanding 3 set dengan Andy Murray sebelum akhirnya kalah. Di ATP Kuala Lumpur mantan petenis 10 dunia asal Cyprus Marcon Baghdatis melaju ke babak Final setelah mengalahkan unggulan 2 asal Serbia Viktor Troicki. Di final Baghdatis akan melawan unggulan 3 yang juga dari Serbia Janko Tipsarevic. Inilah Hasil pertandingan selengkapnya.
